Ready to withdraw funds from your Deriv account but unsure which payment options, limits, or verification steps apply? Withdrawals are commonly delayed by mismatched payment details, unsupported currencies, or incomplete identity checks, and knowing which payout channels are available for your country plus any fees or conversion rules will reduce hold-ups. Checking whether the payout destination must match your registered name and confirming minimum/maximum amounts before you request a cashout prevents common rejections and extra processing time.
This article explains the withdrawal workflow step by step: how to submit a payout request, the verification documents typically required, and the processing windows for e-wallets, cards and bank transfers. You’ll also find practical troubleshooting actions for pending or rejected requests, guidance on tracking a withdrawal, and simple best practices—like using the same payment method for deposit and withdrawal—to help your funds arrive faster and with fewer issues.

Deriv supports e-wallets, credit/debit cards and bank transfers, though availability varies by country and currency. Each method has its own minimum and maximum limits and may impose provider-specific fees; check the cashier for the exact limits that apply to your account and currency before requesting a payout.
Processing times vary by method: e-wallets are usually fastest (often hours to a day), cards can take a few business days, and bank transfers typically take several business days depending on banks and countries. Additional verification or anti-money‑laundering checks can extend times—expect longer waits for large amounts.
Common causes include incomplete verification, name mismatches between your Deriv account and payment provider, insufficient balance, or payment-provider restrictions. Fixes: upload missing verification documents, confirm the payout destination details, contact your payment provider about limits, and open a support ticket with screenshots and the transaction ID. For rejections, follow any specific fix instructions from support before reattempting.
You’ll typically need a government-issued ID (passport, national ID, or driver’s licence), a recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and for some payout methods proof of ownership of the payment account (screenshot of e‑wallet account or a bank statement). Documents should be clear, in accepted formats, and match the name on your Deriv account; additional checks may be required for large withdrawals.
